Clavis Oréa
St-Émilion Grand Cru
Grape Varieties: 70% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
A wine that represents the right bank at its best, with great varied definition Merlot-Cabernet, with good pedigree, well crafted, balanced, spices, fruit driven, good backbone, fleshy and very digestible. We wanted to make a great Grand Cru wine with a refined and accessible palate that can be enjoyed once bottled, but also can be ages up to 7-10 years.
"Deep in color, the wine serves up loads of coffee bean, licorice, black cherry, smoke and wet earth in the nose. On the palate, the wine is round, rich, lush, ripe, velvety, and fleshy. The fresh, sweet, black fruit and espresso tones keep on coming in the opulent finish." — The Wine Cellar Insider, June 2020
